Quality assurance is the foundation of craftsmanship. At Surteckariya, we enforce a high level of quality control and established a flawless quality assurance system not only on high variety, low volume production lots, but also on high volume production lots that produce millions of units. Incidentally, at customer request, we also perform exhaustive thickness inspections for certain items with a fluorescent x-ray thickness nano-analyzing device. To reach our goal of providing a quality guarantee for customers around the world, we implemented company-wide TQM from 1997. In keeping with that method, we have thorough quality control built into the manufacturing process, and made inspections in-line.
